
Medix is a national staffing and workforce solutions company focused primarily on healthcare and technology. They partner with hospitals, healthcare systems, and technology-driven organizations to place skilled professionals in roles where accuracy, compliance, and performance are critical.

I began working at Medix in 2018, supporting healthcare recruitment initiatives through paid social and performance media. My role centered on owning campaign strategy and execution end to end, from setup and testing through optimization and reporting, with a direct focus on driving qualified demand and revenue.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Medix experienced rapid growth as hospitals urgently needed qualified nursing and healthcare staff. In this environment, speed and precision mattered. I supported this surge by scaling and adapting digital acquisition campaigns to meet real-time demand, while also creating digital media and marketing assets used by the sales team to communicate Medix’s capabilities and close business with healthcare partners.

Throughout this period, I worked closely with marketing, analytics, and executive stakeholders to align acquisition strategy with business goals inside a highly regulated healthcare landscape. I also integrated AI-driven tools into campaign analysis, creative iteration, and reporting workflows, helping teams move faster and respond to demand without sacrificing compliance or clarity. The work required balancing performance, regulation, and speed under pressure, supporting Medix as it scaled to meet hospital needs during one of the most critical moments in modern healthcare.
